Coffee cake rocks and seeing how I normally have cereal or poptarts for breakfast I will be more than happy to get up in the morning to make it. After searching around the house for a cooking book that had various kinds of coffee cake I finally found one. In this book there's ones like fruit, rhubarb-strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and buttermilk coffee cakes. Seeing as how I love buttermilk I'm picking that one. Dont judge me! >:[

Ingredients for this Buttermilk Coffee Cake

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup butter

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 beaten eggs

1 1/3 cups buttermilk

(You could also add 1/2 cup nuts.. But I cut those guys out)
